Welcome to my shop, All Baby Boutique. Here you will find many treasures for your little one! I accept custom orders on almost all items, so if you need a different color or size, please let me know. At this time all my items are made in sizes newborn through 12 months, with several items made in toddler or child sizes. Thank you so much for looking!

Returns and exchange details
I do not accept refunds except under special circumstances since each item is handmade especially for you and cannot be resold. If a refund is accepted, you, the buyer, is responsible for return shipping and will only be refunded the PURCHASE price (shipping on refunds is not reimbursed). However, if your item is damaged and you email me a picture of the damage, I will be happy to send you a replacement item or if a return is accepted due to damage or an error on my part, I will refund shipping. If your item is lost in the mail by the post office, I will either reship the item or provide a refund (orders over $25 are shipped with insurance and can be reimbursed this way). However, all packages in the USA are tracked with delivery confirmation and an item that is confirmed as delivered by the post office is not eligible for replacement or a refund.
At this time Paypal, Credit cards, and Gift cards are the only accepted method of payment (no money orders or checks, sorry).

FOR INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: Please be aware that for some countries, you may have to pay duties and taxes on your items once they arrive in your country. Contact your local customs office to see if and how this applies to you.
ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIME: Every item is handmade by me so shipping time may vary. Some items are in stock and will ship with 24 hours when purchased on business days. Check your receipt, purchase email, or under the shipping tab for processing time. If you have any questions regarding shipping, please send me a message! I will do my best to get everything out asap.

Shipping to the USA is via 1st Class US Mail (many items are delivered within 2-5 business days in the USA but can take up to 2 weeks.) All packages shipped within the USA come with delivery confirmation to ensure that your package arrives safely. Priority mail is usually delivered in 2-3 business days. Please note: NO mail besides express/overnight mail ($19.95) is guaranteed by the USPS. I ship packages out according to the stated delivery times on the USPS, which are delivered with about a 95% accuracy. However, I take NO responsibility for the USPS and their service or delivery. I will apologize for their terrible service, but it's out of my hands. If they lose or damaged your package, I can file an insurance claim after 30 days to get you your money back, as all priority mail packages are insured. There are no returns or exchanges on packages not received by a date you requested if the USPS delivers your package later than the date they have "scheduled by" on your tracking information.

Shipping outside of the USA is via 1st class International Mail. Overseas buyers are responsible for duty/customs fees, if any apply. All oversea packages are insured. However, insurance claims cannot be filed until 60 days after the package has been mailed.

Custom orders of any kind are always welcome and I will try my best to accommodate you whenever possible!

$5 refund is available to photographers for any item purchased in my shop that doesn't already have a picture. Similar items in different colors may also qualify.

Feedback is always welcome and very appreciated! However, if you have a problem with your order or service, I ask that you message me and give me a chance to rectify the situation before you leave negative or neutral feedback. I really do want to ensure that you are happy with your purchase. Thank you!

Please note that colors may vary due to lighting, your computer montior, and the way you perceive color. I try my best to use pictures that best reflect how the color appears to me in person but since color perception as is unique and individual as each person, I cannot be responsible if the color does not appear the same to you as it does to me. No returns or exchanges will be made for color appearance.
