Inciting Creative Joy

My name is Pam Consear. I incite creative joy in people who think they're not artistic.

How? Through community mural projects, done in easy-to-learn mosaic. Via art parties, workshops, and corporate events at a client's site or in my home studio in Oakland, California. I recently planned a successful art project for 400 employees at Jack-in-the-Box HQ in San Diego! It was so great to see each face light up at what they'd made.

Here in my shop, I aim to inspire you with whimsical handmade crafts, meditative coloring pages, and supplies to support your own clever projects. When you see the way I've elegantly tie-dyed cast-off dinner napkins, for example (check out the "hand-dyed table linens" section), I hope it will make re-using more fun at your table, or give you ideas for what to do with the tired linens in your own closet.

And when you read the quotes I've doodled (see "coloring pages & doodles"), perhaps they'll not only spur you to get out your colored pencils, but also to take the wise words to heart—and doodle your own pages! <3

Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 7 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
I have a growing list of happy customers and have received very, very few complaints. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please let me know. I will do my best to remedy the situation by replacing your item or refunding your purchase costs, once the item has been returned to me.

Beyond the efforts stated above in my shipping policies, I cannot be held responsible for damage or loss that is due to mishandling by the post office, nor by careless treatment once the items have arrived.
Payment
My customers use Direct Pay (direct credit card payments) or PayPal.

If there is an issue with your order, or you need to cancel, you can use Etsy's built-in order cancellation procedure to initiate the process.
Shipping
* To save resources, I limit the amount of packaging used in my products, and I reuse packing materials. However, rest assured that your item(s) will be treated with great care and packaged safely and carefully for shipping!
* I ship most orders out within 2 days of receiving payment, using the US Postal Service (First Class or Priority Mail).
* If the item costs over $100 I will purchase insurance.
* I'm happy to report that to date I have had ZERO problems with shipping services provided by the USPS.

You may request insurance for less costly items, or request overnight shipping, signature confirmation, or other shipping specifications. Please notify me before purchasing so that I can adjust the shipping costs appropriately!

I take very few custom orders for small products, due to time constraints. However, if you're interested in a custom art piece or a large order (over $250, wholesale or otherwise) let's start a conversation!
