I stand by my creations and workmanship so please shop with confidence. If you are unhappy with your purchase please contact me via Etsy conversation. Any item returned must be in new, unworn condition-- the same way that I sent it out. Original shipping charges will not be refunded unless there was an error on my behalf.

In the off chance something breaks, or a repair is needed, please contact me and I will arrange for a shipping label to be sent to you, so I can fix your item free of charge.

Payment

I accept Paypal and credit cards (direct checkout ). I will put tracking on all packages free of charge. Please note, you do not need a Paypal account to pay for your items through Paypal. You can choose the Paypal option during checkout. After you submit your order click the "pay now" button. Scroll Down and you will see the option to pay with a credit or debit card without having to sign up for Paypal. If payment is not received within 5 days, your order will be canceled and the item re-listed.

Please make sure you have your correct address to ensure fast delivery.

Additional policies and FAQs

Custom orders are always welcome. I require a 20% payment before any custom item is made and custom items are non-returnable. I will be willing to reserve items for 48 hours. When those 48 hours are up, I will relist the item in my shop as unreserved if payment has not been received. If you require longer than 48 hours please contact me.
