Never received my order - after three weeks with no responses to any of my emails- they finally replied and refunded the $ at least

Yikes. I ordered this item 4/15 and as of 5/16 it has still not been shipped. I have sent two messages to Allie and both have been ignored. It seems like the majority of her customers get great service but some orders she just doesn't ship out and actively ignores you instead of reaching out to explain why/offer a refund. I went through and read her reviews and a handful of other people had the same experience as me. I suppose you can get away with that when most customers are happy, but man, I don't know how she avoids feeling guilty about it.
