Welcome to my Binka! My shop is a dream realized. I have always loved creating fashion accessories even as a child. I absolutely love all things boho, vintage and romantic but I especially love making original and creative pieces. My hope in the future is to continue to make items that my customers and myself love and enjoy.

Returns and exchanges
We love our customers so we want you to be as happy with your purchase as I was creating it! If, however, it is broken in transit or you are unhappy with it for whatever reason I can and will offer a full refund (minus the delivery charge) within 7 days of purchase. Please keep the certificate of postage from the post office as this will act as your proof of delivery. Refunds and exchanges will not be accepted after 7 days, so please make note of this!

As afore mentioned, Binka will not be held responsible for lost packages so if you're interested in tracking or insurance of any kind to protect yourself, please contact me prior to purchasing so that I can adjust your invoice accordingly and you get the protection you need.
I accept PayPal as my primary method of payment or credit cards through Etsy's processing.
Shipping Method}

• I ship via USPS to offer you the most economical shipping option possible.
• Domestic orders will take between 3 to 5 business days for travel.
• USPS offers delivery confirmation numbers so please be aware of this. It is not a tracking number so while the number can give a general idea of where your package is, it may not always reflect its true status.

{Lost, Stolen, and Undelivered Shipments}

USPS failures are not my fault or a reflection on my level of dedication to my customers. If your shipment is sent without insurance:

• Binka is not responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered packages. All lost, stolen, and undelivered packages without insurance are the responsibility of the buyer.
• We are unfortunately unable to replace or reship items purchased without insurance.
• You can purchase insurance you may do so by contacting us prior to ordering.

{Shipment & Address Changes}

We ship next day in most cases after purchase so be sure to make sure that the address on the invoice is accurate.

• We will ship to the shipment address listed in the order confirmation. This includes Paypal addresses as well.
• Any packages returned due to wrong or incorrect addresses will be reshipped at cost to buyer.

{International Orders}

• International orders are average 5-15 business days for delivery.
• Binka not responsible for customs delays, lost or stolen packages
• International package IDs are not tracking numbers, but parcel numbers to confirm your shipment
• If you want a tracking ID it will need to ship FedEx or UPS and send us a convo before you purchase.
