Shipping Timeframe

I will try to get your order shipped as soon as possible, please allow 1-3 business days for the order to ship. It is important to confirm your shipping address is correct at checkout. If the order is returned to me, additional shipping charges will apply to get the item shipped again.

At checkout there may be several shipping options available. If you need your order in a hurry, please select Priority shipping. If you have questions about shipping or shipping charges on your order, please convo me and I will work with you on shipping options.

Sizing details

All vinyl purchased from this store are custom orders and cut to fill the order. Any adjustments you would like to make to the order needs to be communicated while checking out or immediately upon checking out. Once the design is complete, changes may require additional cost. Once the order is cut, changes cannot be made without purchasing another decal.

If you have a very specific custom order that you would like designed, not listed in my store, please feel free to contact me and I will be happy to assist you.

Refunds

No refunds will be offered. If order arrives damaged due to shipping, please let me know within 24 hours. Damage does not include lost, misuse or issues applying vinyl. Custom orders do not offer refunds, unless it is as a result of my mistake. By purchasing the product, you agree to all terms in the product listing as well as shop policies.

How to place your Order

When placing your order, use the drop down menu to select your size and other product options. It will be necessary to include additional order information in the NOTES TO SELLER at checkout. The product listing will include information that will need to be included in the NOTES TO SELLER. Color and customization like font, name, monogram initials (in order you would like them cut) will need to be included in the NOTES TO SELLER. If you forget to add the information to the notes to seller, just convo me. If I need additional information to fill your order, I will convo you...so check your Etsy account for a day or so after you placed your order to expedite getting the information to me.

Custom and personalized orders

I completely understand wanting to see a proof on large orders prior to purchase. To receive a proof prior to purchase on a custom order, please convo me. There will be a $10.00 deposit to design the proof that I will be discounted from your order when it is placed. I am happy to work with you adjusting the design to make it just what you want. If an order is not placed the $10.00 deposit will not be refunded.

Custom and personalized orders

I am happy to provide proofs of your order after payment and prior to cutting and shipping, just make the request in NOTES TO SELLER at checkout.

If you request a proof at the time the product is ordered, I will submit it to you in an Etsy convo unless requested otherwise. I am happy to work with you on adjustments to make your decal just what you had in mind. If I am not able to design a decal to your satisfaction and we cannot work out another arrangement, I will refund your transaction.

Please note: my products are priced very cheap for the time and material I put into them. I spend a lot of time on designs and want all of my customers satisfied with their purchase and quality of work put into my product.
