Announcement   Allison Kallaway has a passion for creating strikingly unique jewelry, which emerged in her childhood amongst the visually stimulating landscapes in and around Fort Collins, Colorado. She began developing her strong metalsmithing skills in high school and college coursework. Then majored in Art Education with the goal of sharing her craft with others around the world. After a solo sojourn through Italy, Allison joined the Peace Corps as an Art Educator and taught young people in Botswana about the creative expression of art. Addicted to the carefree lifestyle, stunning natural world, and unique experiences Southern Africa provides, she independently carved a life for herself teaching and working within the safari industry. Allison returned to the United States twelve years later with her Zimbabwean husband, Rory Young, to raise their son on the very land her family homesteaded at the turn of the century. This is where she spent many vacations as a child and where she now calls home. Surrounded by loving family in Montana’s lower Flathead Valley, Allison brings expression to the myriad of African design elements that have influenced her unique style of modern industrial jewelry.

Payment
I am happy to accept any payment that works best for you. I can take a check, money order, payment from your Paypal account or a credit card payment over the phone.
I would appreciate it if you would submit your payment within 3 days of your order and your package will be shipped within 24 hours of the clearing of your check or the authorization of your credit card payment.
If you would like to pay with a Visa, MasterCard or Discover card, let me know when you are placing an order and I will call you at a time that is convenient for you to get your card details. These type of payments can be authorized immediately and shipped on the same day provided the payment is made before noon, so I can get to the post office.
If you have made an order that you would like to cancel, please notify me and I will cancel it for you.
Shipping
All jewelry will be tied on a card with a ribbon and the types of beads handwritten on the card. Each piece will be placed in a drawstring organza bag, wrapped in tissue and packed in a VHS sized box.
If your purchase is a gift, let me know and I will include a gift tag and either send the parcel to you or I am happy to fill out the gift tag to your specifications and ship it to the giftee.
If you live in or around Kalispell, Montana, you can arrange to collect your order or I can drop it off.
I ship orders within 24 hours of clearing the payment. Custom orders need to allow 1 week for manufacture.
I can use any shipping method you request, but my standard method to addresses in Canada and the United States is by 1st class insured mail at a cost of $5.00. If your order contains more than 1 item, add $1.00 for each additional item. 1st class shipping takes 2-4 business days to deliver.
I am in the process of figuring out the most cost effective method of shipping internationally. If you are interested in this service, please let me know and I will cost it out on a per order basis.
All international customs charges are to be covered by the customer.
Refunds and Exchanges
If your jewelry arrives and it is not exactly what you want, you may exchange it for another piece you will like better. Returns will be accepted if they are undamaged, and shipped within 7 days of delivery at the customer's expense.
Regretably, I can not accept returns on custom orders.
All shipments will be insured, so if your piece arrives damanged, you will be able to collect the insured amount from your post office.
Additional policies and FAQs
If you see an item in my shop that you like the style of and would like to have it made in another combination of colors OR if you would like to have matching pieces made, I am happy to do this for you. You can contact me regarding these custom requests.
