All of our items are handmade to order, in our licensed commercial kitchen in Portland, OR, using only fresh, quality ingredients. We only use fruits that are in season, so be sure to check back often for new additions!

Returns and exchanges
All orders are shipped using USPS 2-3 day priority mail with delivery confirmation. An email containing the tracking/delivery confirmation number is sent to your Etsy email address once the package has shipped. Delivery Confirmation allows both the shop and buyer to confirm the delivery or location of the package.
If a package is declared "DELIVERED" in the correct timeframe (2-5 days from ship date) the package has been delivered. Please ask others in your home, neighbors, or postal carrier if they have seen the package. No refunds shall be given.
We ship to the address you provide on Etsy, NOT the one you provide on PayPal. Please make sure that the delivery address you supply at checkout is the address you would like us to send your items to! No refunds shall be given for incorrect addresses.
If your items arrive damaged (i.e. jars broken) or over 5 days late by the post office, we will be happy to offer you a replacement order or a refund (minus shipping costs), whichever you prefer. If items arrived damaged, please send a photograph of the damaged item(s) to refund [!at] alljarredup.com within 5 business days in order for a refund/replacement request to be submitted.
If you chose to ship your items using USPS, and have not received your items by your specified date, no refund shall be given. Unfortunately, USPS does NOT guarantee their delivery speeds, nor do they insure boxes containing food items.
If you chose to ship your items using UPS or FedEx, and have not received your items by your specified date, a refund for the missing items (minus shipping costs) shall be given through PayPal. Please allow 2 weeks for your refund to be processed.

PayPal payments would be appreciated within 24 hours of purchase. Orders will not be shipped until payment is received. Any cancellations must be made within 24 hours.
Please allow 48-72 hours for your order to be processed before your item is prepped, baked, and shipped. To ensure freshness and guarantee that you receive your order promptly we only ship Monday through Wednesday using USPS 2-3 day Priority Mail.
Most orders placed Tuesday through Friday will be shipped out the following Monday or Tuesday; most orders placed Saturday through Monday will ship out that same Tuesday or Wednesday.

Due to the fact that we are shipping perishable items, we are unable to offer International Shipping.
We understand that our shipping prices are a little costly; this is because we want to provide you with timely shipping as well as appealing and secure packaging for your goodies! We are always searching for the best and most cost efficient shipping options to offer you! Please note that we do apply refunds to any overages in shipping (greater than $3.00) through PayPal after your items have shipped. Please allow 2 weeks for refunds to be processed.

For orders of 3 items or more we ship using USPS 2-3 day Priority Flat Rate boxes. This is to ensure you are getting the lowest possible shipping rate.
We ship to the address you provide on Etsy, NOT the one you provide on PayPal, so, please make sure that the delivery address you supply at checkout is the address you would like us to send your items to!
For bulk orders, please note: although we have a very high success rate with them, USPS does not guarantee their shipping speed (meaning they estimate a delivery to be within 2-3 days, but can take up to a week to reach you), nor do they insure any packages containing food items. This means, if you are placing a large order that is needed by a certain date, we HIGHLY recommend using UPS or FedEx. Although these prices are significantly higher, they have a guaranteed delivery date. If you are placing an order that has a specific "Receive By" date, please consider all of your shipping options. All Jarred Up is not responsible for large orders shipped via USPS that are not received by their specified date.
For bulk orders we ship using multiple USPS large Flat Rate boxes (each box can hold 30 mini items, 20 medium items, or 10 large items), unless otherwise specified. This is to guarantee two things: that our items reach you in the same condition they left us, also, to provide you with the lowest shipping price. Should you want items shipped in a different manner, please contact us for custom pricing (please see above).
Additional policies and FAQs
Please be aware that our products are perishable. Most of our items will last up to 6 days (from the day we ship) at room temperature (70 degrees Fahrenheit). You can refrigerate items to extend their shelf life to 7-8 days. Pies can be frozen for up to 2 months. Please note that each jar comes with instructions for serving and storing that can be found underneath the fabric overlay. Please refer to this as each goodie requires special care. We can accommodate large orders! All Jarred Up goodies are perfect for Weddings, Corporate Events, Bar/Bat Mitzvahs, or just about anything! Please contact us for more information and customizing options.
Please note that any customized orders require at least three weeks notice and full payment at that time. Also, there is a $50 setup fee for any orders that would like customized stickers.
We are happy to offer a free sample (two items) to any order of 50 or more! Refund (minus shipping costs) will be issued once your 50+ order is received.
