Accepted payment methods
- Accepts Etsy gift cards
If you select Paypal and payment is not received within 3 hours of purchase, I will email you an invoice through Paypal. If payment is still not received, I will cancel the sale in 36 hours from the time and date of the purchase.
I am also set up now to accept any major credit cards and you can also use any Etsy gift cards that you may receive in my Etsy shop!
All purchases will be shipped via USPS, First Class Mail with delivery confirmation. If you wish to purchase insurance (U.S. only), please convo (email) me prior to paying and I will add that to your invoice.
If you prefer another delivery method (Priority, Overnight, etc) please notify me before making your payment for details and a revised invoice.
****Due to non-delivery or late delivery for a few recent International packages, I will now ship all International orders via Priority International so that tracking will be provided and can be followed up on. If you feel that the price of $25.95 is too high and you are willing to wait for first class delivery, please email me prior to purchasing so that I may create a special listing for you with the lower shipping charge.
Shipping internationally may cause your parcel to attract duties and custom fees. They are the responsibility of the buyer. Please contact your local customs organization for more information.
All items are packaged and inspected carefully before shipping.
PLEASE NOTE: Once your order is shipped, I am NOT responsible for delayed, lost or damaged packages. For U.S. shipments I will provide a tracking number and for International packages I will provide the customs form number but keep in mind that is only proof it was shipped, it really does not track a shipment once it leaves the U.S. It is ultimately the responsibility of the customer to track down packages once shipped both foreign and domestic.
Your items will be shipped to the address you list on ETSY, so please be sure your address listed on Etsy and Paypal are correct or it may cause a delay in shipping due to me trying to clarify the correct address with you.
Please allow two weeks for custom orders.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you're unhappy with your order for any reason, please contact me prior to leaving feedback, and I will do everything I can to fix it. It's my highest priority that you are completely happy with your purchase!
If for some reason you are not satisfied with your jewelry, please contact me as soon as possible via Etsy Conversation. I take great pains in making quality jewelry to last. If despite the delicate care of your jewelry, something does break, I will repair it for free up to 3 months from the purchase date. Please save all pieces and contact me for return instructions prior to shipping.
If you would like to return an item because it seems different than described to you, please contact me and I will arrange a refund in the form of store credit. Please contact me within 7 days of receipt of the item to arrange a refund. I must receive the item within 2 weeks of your receipt of the jewelry to issue a refund.
Please always ship returns insured; if I do not receive the item, no refund will be issued. All earring returns will be less a $2.00 fee to replace the earhooks. Shipping and insurance charges will not be refunded.
