1 out of 5 starsFirst bad review out of 100's. Ordered Aug. 5th after contacting Megan and her telling me they could have it to me by the 6th of Sept. I did not get it till the 7th of Sept. after my daughters 1st birthday. Megan lied and said she shipped it on the 1st of Sept. but after contacting the post office they said she didn't drop it off till the 4th of Sept. and she only created a shipping label at her home on the 1st. I contacted Megan and she offered a refund, but I told her I would keep it. I asked for a refund for the shipping cost for the inconvenience and not meeting their promise, but now she will not respond to my email and it has been a week. Very unprofessional and now the $35 skirt is unraveling after the 1st HAND WASH! I hope this saves one person from being unhappy with this shop. Read ALL her reviews. This happens often.

Chalise asked for item by her child's birthday & it was shipped 2-day priority over a week prior to her event. Unfortunately, the post office lost the package for several days and took a week to get the outfit to the buyer. It did arrive in time for her birthday party, so I'm a little unsure as to why she is saying it did not? I offered for her to make a return for the skirt if she did not wear it, but she said she did not want to send it back (it was worn). In reference to our quality, I do urge you to read our reviews, as we have over 1,300 happy customers & always stand up to our quality, this is the first I am hearing about the product unraveling. I would urge any customers with a time constraint on their items to order as early as possible, as I cannot control the post offices service.

Fashion and accessories for the little ones in your life!
It all started with a Christmas gift in high school. A sewing machine sat under the Christmas tree that year and ever since I have been creating. Whether it be pillow cases, pajama pants, skirts, or bows...there was always something exciting happening in my craft room.
I began my shop in January 2015 as a way of making the bows that I love to wear and give as gifts available to everyone else on the internet. Bows became bibdanas, and those became full outfits for little boys and girls. I love to design and sew my creations, but I get the most excitement out of seeing my customers photos of their little ones in my items!

Returns and exchange details
Returns are not accepted and exchanges can be given on a case by case basis- buyer will pay all shipping fees. Any mistakes made by the buyer in the "Notes to Seller" box are not the responsibility of the seller.
Items that cannot be exchanged include, but are not limited to:
-Items that have been soiled or worn
-All hair accessories (Including but not limited to bows, head wraps, bonnets, etc.)
-Holiday items
-Items damaged due to opening packages with sharp objects
-Custom-made items
-Exchanges are made on a case by case basis, the seller has right to refuse an exchange on any item

All That Glitters Baby Boutique is not responsible for delays in delivery due to post office errors and delays, or weather delays! We cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery.
Please make sure that your shipping address is correct when checking out. Seller is not responsible for packages that are undelivered because the address given by the buyer, through Etsy, is wrong!
Is your package lost or delayed?
Each package comes with a USPS Tracking #. If your package has stopped moving, unfortunately, we have just as much information as you do. Please contact the USPS at 1-800-222-1811 or through their website to see where it is. If the package has been shipped via priority mail, your package automatically includes insurance. In this case, you can file a claim through the USPS. For any items stolen after delivery, please file a police report with your local police station. Please note that saying you did not get a package that you have received is mail fraud and is punishable by law.

All items are handmade to order. Please note that fabric placement will not be the same on each item, ie: it will not look exactly the same as the photo due to fabric placement.
