I have worn it to formal events as well as business functions. It just works with everything. Up against black especially this necklace really stands out and looks so polished and elegant. Customer service is some of the best I have experienced out here on Etsy. Shipping and packaging are above par as well. I intend on buying more from this shop in the future. Absolutely delighted and satisfied with my purchase! Quality and unique jewelry...you can't go wrong here.

Really... it is all about you and your happiness with the item(s) you have purchased. Your pleasure is what makes it all come together for me. Please contact me if you are unhappy in anyway. I ask you to contact me within 2 days of receiving the item, then insure and priority ship it back within one week or receiving it. Upon receiving the item in good condition, I will promptly refund via paypal your original purchase and shipping amount back or exchange it for store credit if you prefer.
If you have any problems down the road, let me know and if its fixable, I'll fix it! Please do be aware however, that certain gemstones may fracture if dropped or given rough treatment. Please treat your pieces gently as I cannot be responsible for such breakages. If a stone breaks I will fix it for a fee, assuming it is something that I can fix. Whatever the case may be, you and your piece of jewelry should be happily together for a lifetime and beyond.
Payment
Please pay for your item within 3 days of your purchase or I will place the item back for sale so others can have access to it. I accept only Paypal, but ask you to contact me if that doesn't work for you. If you are unfamiliar with Paypal, they are an organization through which you can purchase with a major credit card. Shipping
All domestic shipping prices below are a flat rate, so no matter how much you buy it will be:
Free - $150 and more
$6.80 - $149 and less
Purchases over $150 are shipped free via priority mail within the United States, and standard mail to other countries, unless you and I choose a faster method which may incur a fee.
I do ship Internationally for countries that have no prohibitions on items I sell. For these orders I will charge $20 and refund all the extra if it costs less.
I prefer to ship USPS Priority with delivery confirmation because I believe it is a bit safer than standard first class, and I don't want either of us to deal with a lost package that holds a one-of-a-kind piece of jewelry or artwork.
I encourage you to get shipping insurance since unfortunately I cannot be responsible for the safety of a package once it leaves my hands.
Most items ship out in a standard recycled paper jewelry box, which is then further padded and placed in a small box to ship. Whenever I can, I recycle and re-use packaging materials. It may not be the prettiest, but the environment likes it! If you would like an item sent a particular way for a gift, just let me know and I'll be happy to "pretty it up" :)
