Hi and welcome to Cole Creates! While I am still relatively new to Etsy, I am posting new things almost every week to try and fill up my shop. So please, keep checking back! Shipping
I will try my best in securing your item so that it will not get damaged during delivery. Currently my shipping preference is through the USPS in an effort to save you money. However, I reserve the right to change the shipping method stated in the listing if I feel that USPS won't deliver in a timely fashion.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
Although I do not list international shipping as a choice on my items, please convo me if you are interested. I will do international shipments on a quoted basis only due to the complexity of rates for different countries. Just convo me your country, postal code, and the item you would like to purchase and I will get a shipping quote for you!

Also, please let me know if you are interested in extras like insurance or delivery confirmation. If you need something quickly, let me know so I can set you up with Priority or Express Mail delivery. This may result in additional costs for shipping.
Refunds and Exchanges
No refunds will be issued, but substantial effort will be made to correct any problems that may arise.
