Welcome to All Things Grow!

I work hard to provide quality prints at affordable prices with an emphasis on responsibly sourced materials and earth friendly shipping practices. I want your experience picking out and purchasing an original print to be as seamless and wonderful as possible-- please drop me a line if you have any questions at all, and I promise to get back to you within 24 hours.

Payment
At this time I only accept Paypal. Please submit your payment within 24 hours through Ety's checkout. If you, for whatever reason, are adverse to PayPal, drop me a line or consider stopping by my booth at a show!

Please note: If you pay using PayPal's e-check feature there may be an additional delay while I wait for the payment to clear. Try using your debit card on PayPal instead of your checking account to avoid this delay.
Shipping
At this time, all international and domestic orders are shipped on Mondays. If you need your print earlier-- a last minute gift, getting read for a dinner party, etc-- drop me a line prior to ordering and I will do my best to accommodate you!

All orders placed and paid for before 8 p.m. (Eastern Standard Time) on the evening prior to the ship date will go out the following day. If you need the item earlier (a last minute gift, want to have your place looking good by a dinner party on Saturday, etc) email me and I will try my best to accommodate you! For most domestic orders, shipping at an earlier date is not an issue.

I ship USPS First Class on all orders, but will upgrade to Priority if the difference is negligible.

I may email you to clear up any address questions prior to shipping. A delayed response could delay the ship date by a day or two. The most common (and avoidable!) address error happens when your mailing address on PayPal varies from that on Etsy. Please clarify any possible address issues in the Message to Buyer section on ordering.

Please note: I ship all items internationally. If the item you are interested in does not list a shipping rate other than US/Canada, please contact me and I will create a custom listing with a fair and accurate shipping charge based on your location, as Etsy's shipping options currently don't allow for such.

I will email a notice at the time a shipment is made so you know when to expect it! Items generally take 2-5 days to arrive domestic mail, and up to 10 days internationally.
Refunds and Exchanges
1) If you are unsatisfied with the condition of your print for any reason, I will swap it out for another one, or anything in the shop of equal value. Prints may vary slightly between one and the next because they're created by hand. If you want to see the exact print I will be mailing you I will be more than happy to send you a photo!

2) I package something fierce-- but if for any reason the work is damaged, send it back within 10 days of receiving it and I will send you a new one or refund your money. Unfortunately I cannot cover the cost of return postage, but will include a free print when I ship your replacement back to you.

3) If you're worried about losing your item in the mail please get with me and we'll insure it prior to shipping. If you opt out of insurance and the item doesn't arrive, I will try to accommodate you with a new item, but can't make any guarantees.
Additional policies and FAQs
If an item in the shop takes an excruciatingly long time to get to your locale, I would like to hear about it so that I can better accommodate you (or your neighbors) in the future.

Custom Orders:
Woodcut prints: due to the nature of the engraving process, I cannot create a custom woodblock for you unless you are ordering an edition of 20 or more.

Screen prints: I am happy to create custom screen prints. Shoot me your ideas and I will prepare an estimate taking cost, materials and time into account.
