Combining Function with Form

My store was opened to share travel earring holders I invented to solve the traveling + jewelry dilemma. Rather than jumble earrings in a plastic bag, this design keeps them organized + safe. I've enjoyed many travels with mine, and hope yours can share many happy journeys, too!

NEW THIS YEAR: Items of local interest, such as neighborhood maps of Minneapolis and St. Paul, and an art calendar, "do this // eat there," full of sights and tastes to experience around the metro area.

SOLD OUT: a grocery tote bag featuring a print of my hand-painted watercolor illustrations of fruits + vegetables on the "dirty dozen" list for pesticide residue. It's an in-store reminder of what to buy organic, plus large + sturdy enough for a variety of other uses.


**Why is your shop named Jane if your name is Lisa?**

Since I'm interested in a wide variety of creative disciplines, I wanted a name that would not limit me to a certain area of art. Rather, I'd like to be a sort of "Jack of all trades." However, I'm not a man :-) so I am instead a "Jane of all." That name seemed a bit pretentious, but rearranged into "all things * jane" it resembled more of a salutation or categorization.

Thus you will find here a variety of things, but all will be united by the character "jane": a woman interested in simple beauty and practical living.
