When will my order ship?

Your ship by date is on your invoice. You can also find it under your Purchases tab. All our orders unless otherwise stated ship out in 2-4 weeks after ordering.

It's been 1 month and my order hasn't arrived yet?

If you are in Canada please message me if your order hasn't arrived. But if you live in the US in rare circumstances it can take up to 8 weeks for orders to arrive. Just hang tight.

Do you have tracking on my order?

To keep shipping costs low we do not have tracking on Canadian orders. Please message me prior to ordering if you would like to upgrade to tracked shipping! All USA order have tracked shipping. And you can find that number in your Purchases tab.
