Your prints will be placed in a protective, clear sleeve with a sturdy backing board before they are packaged for shipping inside a moisture resistant, durable, flat mailing envelope (Size 16x20" up to 24x36" prints may be rolled and shipped in a sturdy mail tube)

Most orders are sent from my home studio via the US Postal Service. Larger sizes and rush orders are sent directly from a professional photo lab via FedEx or UPS. Tracking information will be provided once your order is shipped.

FINE ART PRINTS:
USA orders should arrive in 5-10 business days
INTERNATIONAL orders should arrive in 2-5 weeks*

FRAMED PRINTS & CANVAS GALLERY WRAPS:
USA orders should arrive in 10-12 business days

*Please note that shipping delays can occur due to customs. International orders may be kept at the local post service if customs taxes are due. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Unfortunately, I cannot provide refunds for orders uncollected due to customs fees.

DAMAGED ITEMS:
If your order arrives damaged during shipping, please provide photos so that I can file a claim with the postal service. Following receipt of photos, I will send a replacement order as soon as possible.

LOST PACKAGES:
If the tracking information indicates your order was 'Delivered', but you have not received it, please contact your local post office— in some cases a family member or neighbor has picked-up packages for safe-keeping. Unfortunately, I am not able to provide refunds or send replacement items where the wrong address has been provided at the time the order is placed.

Additional customs fees, VAT, or duty taxes may be applied to International orders upon arrival. These fees are different than the shipping fee that was paid when your order was placed. Any customs fees, VAT, or duty taxes imposed by a particular country are the the buyer's responsibility. All orders are processed using Etsy shipping labels and automatically include the purchase price and specify ‘merchandise’. Please note that shipping delays can occur due to customs, and International orders may need to be collected in person from the local post service if customs taxes are due. Unfortunately, I cannot provide refunds for orders uncollected due to customs fees.

Your gift message entered during check-out will be sent to your gift recipient. Pricing information will not be included with your gift orders.

FINE ARE PRINTS:
I gladly accept returns and cancellations on fine art prints. To cancel an order, contact me within 1 hour of purchase. To return an order, contact me within 14 days of delivery and ship items back to me within 21 days of delivery. *Please note that buyers are responsible for original and return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Your refund (minus shipping costs) will be applied following receipt. Tracking information when sending orders back is recommended.

SPECIAL ORDERS, FRAMED PRINTS & GALLERY WRAPS:
Due to the custom nature of these items, they are non-returnable and non-refundable unless damaged during the shipping process.

CUSTOM REQUESTS:
Looking for a particular size? Does this print come in black & white, sepia, or color? Can you print on fine art paper or canvas? If the image can be enlarged without losing quality, the color can be changed, or you require specialty printing, I am happy to adjust my images to custom specifications. Just contact me through ETSY convo, and I will try and accommodate your request!

DIGITAL FILES:
Unfortunately, I do not release digital files of my images at this time.

There may be a variation in the color of your print compared to what you view on your computer screen as all computer monitors are calibrated differently. Please note that textured effects are an intentional look and style of some of my work.
