    All items are designed and construction by me (Allyson Hill) in my sunny home studio which is smoke free. I do have 2 little 15 pound dogs, but I'm very, very careful about keeping them away from my products. I thoroughly lint roll each product many times during construction and again before shipping. Hopefully you will not find a dog hair, but if you do please forgive us!

    I have a degree in Woodworking and Furniture Design from RIT's School for American Crafts.

    Accepted payment methods

    I gladly accept returns and exchanges
    Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
    Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
    I don't accept cancellations
    But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
    The following items can't be returned or exchanged
    Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
    • Custom or personalized orders
    • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
    • Digital downloads
    • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

    Returns and exchange details
    It's VERY important that you're happy with your purchase. If it doesn't work for you, I will accept a return within 7 days (postmarked within 7 days, approximately - if you need longer it's okay, just contact me to let me know it's coming). Upon receipt of the returned item, I'll offer money refund minus shipping charges. If there is a mistake with your order that is no fault of your own, I will either send you the missing parts or reimburse your return shipping charges. Please contact me to resolve any issues!!!
    Shipping
    Most of my items are made to order. Therefore, I need approximately 5 Business Days to make and prepare your order for shipment. Business Days are Monday - Friday.

    Please allow a little flexibility with production & shipping times - especially during the holidays!

    **If you need your order by a certain date, I'm usually able to help, but please send me a separate message (convo) to make sure I get the message right away!**

    Free personalized gift notes available. Please let me know the occasion and the message. I can ship your gift directly to the recipient as well. Include the information in the "note to seller" section when you make your purchase, or contact me separately if you forgot.
