How will my order be packaged?

Your art print will arrive to you in a cello bag with a cardboard backing and placed within a stay flat envelope. If you order multiple art prints of the same size they will be packaged in one cello bag together.

Wholesale availability

Yes, we do offer wholesale to retailers interested in carrying our art pritns! Please send us a message and we'll be happy to discuss!

Are your art prints original?

Every art print is made from an original sketch that I have created, therefore they are all under copyright laws. The illustrator, Nadine de Almeida Chong, owns all rights to the illustrations and imaging on this page. All art prints may not be sold, redistributed, reprinted, or reproduced for any reason whatsoever.

When and how do you ship?

I ship all orders out using Canada Post or via Chit Chats (USPS, Canada Post, Asendia, UPS). I am only able to ship on Monday/Wednesday/Friday.

Can I return my item?

Unfortunately I do not offer returns at this time for protection reasons. However if you are not happy with your order please contact me as soon as possible, I want you to love your art print and together we can come up with a solution :)

Custom and personalised orders

Depending on where I am at in the customization process I can offer a partial refund to account for time spent on your illustration.
