This shawl is beautiful. I received great customer service. The shop owner put a lot of effort into making sure our colors matched. I appreciate all the hard work that went into this shawl for my daughter's wedding.

Hand Knit Accessories by Almila

I started to knitting when I was a small child. I learned knitting from my mother. In fact, I'm working as a graphic designer for 10 years. But I never stopped knitting. Knitting was like therapy for me. I am very happy while I am knitting and crocheting. Making new things makes me very happy.

After marriage, I continued to knit with my husband's mother. Makbule is so pretty and hardworking woman. She loves to knitting and crocheting like me. In 2011, when I met with Etsy Makbule and I decided to open a shop here.

I am really lucky, because my husband is a professional cameraman. He takes all of our items photos.

I feel so peaceful to share my designs with others. I love handmade. Handmade has become my lifestyle.

I am glad to show you my line of handmade shawls, shrugs, boleros and scarves which are coming from my heart. There are many types of styles in my shop. I hope you enjoy the time you spend to my shop. My items make great gifts.
All of the pieces are hand crocheted or hand knitted with great care, in a smoke-free, pet-free home. Never been worn.

All transactions are listed in US Dollars

We use Shopier (goshopier) as payment method. It is a highly secure online payment service.

Following your order placement, you will receive an email from Shopier, which is integrated into Etsy with the Etsy API for payments. You can pay via "Pay Now" button in this email.

Shipping
I ship worldwide using Turkish Airmail with registered delivery confirmation, every day except weekends. After shipping I send the tracking number and you can check shipping details from here:

The shipping takes regularly 2-3 weeks time to USA and Canada (seldom 4 weeks), for European Countries 7-10 days.
If you wish faster shipping, that is an additional $18.00. Delivery time is then 3-5 days in Europe and 6-8 days overseas. Send me a convo if you wish to make use of the carrier option.
I ship all packages within 1-4 days after receiving payment (excluding weekends and holidays).
International buyers may have to pay customs on your items once they arrive in your country. These costs are the customer's responsibility. I am not responsible of customs or taxes some countries may have.

Please be sure to enter your correct shipping address for purchases. In the event that Etsy and PayPal show two different addresses, your package will be shipped to the Etsy address.
If you would like the item to be sent elsewhere, leave the address you want to “messages to the seller” when purchasing.
Refunds and Exchanges
Please read the descriptions carefully. If you are not happy with your item you can send it back within 3 days, in the original condition. You will be refunded, excluding shipping costs, providing that it has not been used or damaged and is returned in the original packaging.
I do not take responsibility for lost/damaged packages that are shipped back to.
Please note that postage costs for a returned item cannot be refunded. Your refund will be the full amount, excluding shipping.
