Welcome to Alpaca Hill Dry Goods - where the fiber and creature comforts are renewable resources. My policy is that my customers must be totally satisfied with their purchase.

All designs are my creation and the Suri Alpaca fiber I use is processed from the animals we raise here at the Montana Suri Alpacas ranch in Corvallis Montana. Suri Alpaca is a luxury fiber. Please DRY CLEAN only. Alpaca can felt or shrink if washed at home. Alpaca has no lanolin and is not wool. Allergies to alpaca are very rare.

For variety and customer pleasure, items created from other fibers or textiles may be offered for sale. These items will be clearly labeled. It is not my intent to misrepresent content.

My policy is that my customers are completely satisfied with their purchase. Please contact me with questions before purchase so I may best serve your needs.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact me within THREE days after receiving your item. I will gladly refund your purchase price minus shipping fees if the following conditions exist:
* Item is in original condition as when shipped.
* Item has not been worn, stretched or damaged.
* Item has no trace of odor, perfume or smoke.

The item must be return shipped within SEVEN days from the date of refund notification.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping USPS, Insured, Priority Mail unless other arrangments with the seller have been confirmed.

Damaged or Lost Packages - Each package is insured and may be tracked. Please contact the USPS for refund of damaged goods. Please also contact seller because your satisfaction is important to me.
I accept payment from PayPal only.

Payments not received within 24 hours of a sale transaction will result in cancellation of the transaction and the items will be relisted for sale.

Items will be promptly shipped after payment is received.
Please contact seller BEFORE PURCHASE if item is to be shipped outside of the United States.

All items shipped in the United States will be via the USPS, Insured, Priority Mail. If other shipping arrangements are desired, please contact seller. Items will be shipped within two business days of receiving payment.

Items will be shipped to customer's ETSY ADDRESS unless seller is notified by Message to Seller. I will confirm any address change notifications to the buyer.
