Announcement   Welcome! I'm Lynn, and I love creating knit designs with alpaca yarns. In my shop, I offer my original pattern designs, along with alpaca and alpaca blend yarns, when available.

Retro-Price sale happening now! As I transition into offering only my own yarns produced on my farm, I am selling my stock of Peruvian alpaca yarns at retro pricing. Limited quantities available, and when they're gone, they're gone.

Beautiful sock wool, very soft and knits up well. Very fast shipping as well. Highly recommend this shop!

This little hat is so-o adorable. It's a little tricky at the beginning getting all the stitches on the round needles, and I did goof up at the tail end. (The stitches slipped off the DPNs and I had an awful time resurrecting them). But then again, I'm a beginner knitter. Lovely hat though!!

Thank you for listing this! The pattern looks great, the instructions are clear, and it's something I can knit while reading my kindle. It's a perfect project for my vacation. And I love that I could download the pattern as soon as I paid. I'm super happy with the seller and my purchase. :)

Thank you for visiting the Alpaca Yarn Shop!

WHY ALPACA? Alpaca yarn is luxuriously soft, lightweight, and warm. Alpaca fiber is also smoother than wool and contains no lanolin, making alpaca a wonderful choice for both children and adults with sensitive skin.

I spend many hours finding the best lighting in which to photograph the yarns that I sell in order to portray the truest colors in my photos. However, computer monitors may display colors differently, so the actual yarn may differ somewhat in color compared to what you see on your screen.
