Returns and exchange details
We are not responsible if you don't like the look of your lettering choice.. our lettering chart is shown and your purchase and notes confirm whether you want upper or lower case otherwise we will do upper case first letter and lower case following. However we can amend the stitching for you at a lost of $20 and postage covered by the customer (just return cover only for most efficient postage)
Allow approx 10- 14 business days for packages to US, items will be considered still in transit for 6 weeks...especially over the xmas period.
Postage is regular air mail..no tracking but you can upgrade to an international tracking service for an additional $7 at the checkout.
We ship anywhere and are happy to quote your items.. if we have overcharged on shipping through the site we will refund or upgrade the shipping.
