I would call this hat cream and dark charcoal while others may say black and white, but everyone would call it cute! Seller was super fast and accommodating about making the hat in a bigger size.

There was a shipping issue which the seller rectified and I appreciated, but the hat was too small to fit my 3 month olds’ head and it was not panda white it was a yellowy-white. We ended up scrambling for a diff costume at the last min.
