Refunds will be handled on a case by case basis, but for general cases:
If you buy an item and it is not different from the picture or the description, you just really don't like the piece, return it and I will offer an exchange.
If you buy an item and the item is different from the pictures or broken, you get the choice of an exchange, refund or store credit.

I accept Money Order and paypal. If you are going to use the Money Order option, please convo me and let me know when you will be mailing it and the Money Order number.

I require paypal payments within three days of purchase. If you cannot make the payment in the alloted time, please let me know and I will try to work out an arrangement.

I do layaway, again, just send me a convo so that we can work out terms.

Trades, I am willing to trade for supplies and at the moment that is all.

I try my best to have all items shipped with in three business days. I do not ship on weekends...blame the post office's early closing time for that. If there will be a delay in shipping I will be sure to convo you with any information.
Most of my items are lite enough to be shipped first class. If you want tracking confirmation, insurance or any other upgrades please don't hesitate to ask in your message to seller.
I will ship international, the price I have listed is for priority flat rate envelope cost. If you want to have your item shipped another way, don't hesitate to ask and I will give you the total cost.
