We love creating products that people love to wear.

Always Anchors started out as a little idea back in 2011 and has grown so much over the years. We started out selling hair accessories made with clay, room decor, and a little bit of artwork. Since then we've evolved and now sell hair accessories (mainly using fabric), and glittery jewelry.

Everything we make is handmade with a lot of love and care. We like to think as a buyer would and make sure our prices are fair, our quality is great, and that orders are received in a timely manner. We stand by our products and our ultimate goal is to make our customers happy!

We accept all Debit, Credit, and Etsy Gift Cards through Direct Checkout. We also accept Paypal!
Shipping
Purchases are shipped within three business days of receiving payment. This does not include the day of purchase or weekends. If you have a specific deadline that you need your purchase by, please contact us BEFORE purchasing to let us know and we will see if it is possible. Once your package has shipped you will be provided with a tracking number.

*** If you purchase the option for quicker shipping, this DOES NOT change our processing time of 1-3 business days! If you have a deadline please contact us before purchasing to see if it is possible to receive by your need-by date. We process a large amount of orders so sometimes it may not be possible to rush your order.

*** PLEASE double check that you have provided the correct address at checkout. This helps to speed up the shipping process and helps to ensure that you receive your package in a timely manner. ***

Our shipping costs are determined by USPS postage costs and the cost of our shipping materials, including shipping envelopes, paper, ink, bubble wrap and other supplies needed to ship orders. We are not able to negotiate shipping charges.

We are not responsible for international customs charges, taxes, or tariffs. Each country has different policies and it is the customer's responsibility to be informed of this before purchasing, we cannot be responsible for those charges.

All items are carefully wrapped to avoid being broken during the shipping process with sheets of bubble wrap. We ship to the address provided through payment on Etsy. If you need your item to be shipped elsewhere, please contact us and let us know.

*** If you need a gift receipt for your order instead of an invoice please let us know in the "note to seller" section upon checkout. Every order is sent out with an order receipt.

If you have any special instructions, please inform us in the "note to seller" section at checkout on ETSY. We do not read instructions or comments in Paypal.

We ship through USPS First Class Mail, it normally takes anywhere from 2-5 business days to be delivered to customers in the US. International shipping can take anywhere from 1-4 weeks.
Refunds and Exchanges
Unfortunately, due to hygienic reasons and in order to keep our price point low for our customers, we do not accept returns.

If you receive a broken item, or you are unhappy with your purchase, please send us a message and we will do our best to either remake your item, or refund you. We cannot do refunds on items after 2 months from the purchase date.
Additional policies and FAQs
Our earring trays are nickel, cadmium, and lead free as assured by our supplier. Out of 4 years of business and thousands of customers, we've had less than a handful of allergic reactions reported. If you do have the unfortunate circumstance of having a reaction to our earrings, we unfortunately cannot be responsible for that reaction. If you're a person who has severely sensitive ears, we recommend either using a jewelry shield product, limiting your wear to short periods of time, or not purchasing our product just to be on the safe side. Thank you!

We like to keep a quick turnaround time for our customers, so we do not accept custom orders between August and December due to the busy holiday, craft fair, and wedding season.

Should we feel uncomfortable for any reason in processing a sale, under Etsy's guidelines we are allowed to decline a sale. During this rare circumstance, the buyer will be fully refunded and the transaction will be cancelled.

Frequently asked questions

What material are your earring trays made of? Will they cause an allergic reaction?

We purchase our earring trays from a very trusted company. The trays are silver plated brass, and they are lead and nickel free. In nearly five years of business, we have only had about a handful of customers report to us about an allergic reaction. In these cases, most of those customers have had very sensitive skin. If you are a person with extremely sensitive skin, we either suggest wearing our earrings for short periods of time only, using a product called "Jewelry Shield" which you can purchase on Amazon, or not purchasing our earrings.

What do your earrings look like on the ear? How big are they?

The last photo in every earring listing in our shop gives an example of all three sizes of our earrings while being worn. The sizes are large (left photo), medium (center photo), and small (right photo). You can find the size of each earring listed in both the title and the description of the item.
