I do my very best to package items so that they will not get damaged in shipping, if your item arrives damaged please contact me so I may replace your item, or refund your money.

If you are unhappy with my artwork I will refund your purchase amount when received in the same condition as it was sent.

Shipping
I try to ship my items within a few days of receiving payment. Depending where you are your item could arrive within a few days to a few weeks.
