Welcome to my shop, always, by amber - from marriages to carriages, I do it all! So, why always? From invitations to guest books, photo keepsakes to table numbers and everything else in between, each and every piece is carefully handcrafted and packaged in my home studio.

I don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations

Returns and exchange details
All items are final sale. Given that each item is handmade and customized, I do not accept refunds, exchanges or cancellations of any kind once I have started your order. If you purchase a deposit for any items, that deposit is non-refundable once I begin the design work.

Please ensure that all items are proofread before submitting your final approval. Refunds will not be given if there are errors on any items you have given final approval for.

Please note that colours may vary from what you see on your computer screen to what the physical item's colour may look like. Refunds and returns are not accepted based on colour issues.

I am also not responsible for any items shipped to an incorrect or outdated address entered at checkout - please ensure your address is correct when checking out.

Shipping
Please check your order for your estimated shipping times. These times vary depending on the product you've ordered. If you need a rushed order, please contact me PRIOR to payment to ensure I am able to complete your request.

Ready-made Orders: Your order will be shipped within 1-5 business days of payment confirmation. If you need an order shipped quicker than usual, please send me a message before you place your order and I will adjust your shipping costs as necessary.

Custom Orders: These orders take longer to ship because of the time spent creating them. Please allow at least 1-6 weeks for creation of your product on top of regular shipping times (please see specific item for details). If you need an item by a particular date, please let me know and I will work with you as best as I can to create and deliver your product by that date.

Once shipped, most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks. You will receive an email via Etsy once your order has been shipped. All estimated times are given to me via Canada Post - I am not responsible if your order takes longer than the estimated time given to me. I am not responsible for any delays in shipping, postal disruptions or postal strikes (which may affect the shipping time of your item) after your item has shipped.

All items are shipped via Canada Post. In order to keep shipping costs reasonably priced, not all items have a tracking number. Tracking numbers are only provided where applicable. Smaller items, such as sample invitations and favor tags do not have a tracking number. To request a tracking number, please advise when placing your order in order to accommodate extra shipping fees.

IMPORTANT NOTE: International buyers are responsible for any and all customs charges, taxes, additional postage fees or other charges that my incur. I am not responsible for any of the above charges.

I will ensure that your item is packaged properly to avoid any damages, but please note that I am not liable for your package once shipped. I am not responsible for any damaged, lost or stolen packages once shipped.

Custom and personalized orders

HOW INVITATION PRICING WORKS:

Pricing for each individual invitation suite is listed under 'item details' in each listing. Prices for each invitation suite may vary.

A $100 deposit (subtracted from final total) is required to start the digital design of the invitations. So, let's say you ordered 65 invitations at $5.75. Your total would be $373.75 plus shipping. $100 of that you would pay up front. Once you were 100% happy with your digital design, you would pay the remaining balance + shipping (so $273.75 + shipping). Once the balance was paid I would begin the printing and assembly of the invitations!
