Is purchase necessary to use my free badge coupon?
Nope! Your free badge coupon can be used for any badge in my shop priced 18.95 and below. You just need to pay shipping. If the badge is more than 18.95, then you just need to pay the difference. Please message me before using so I can adjust the price!
Custom and personalized orders
I love making custom/personalized orders! Please message me with what you are looking to do, and I will do my best to accommodate. I do ask for payment UPFRONT, prior to making, for material costs. Once paid, I will make the item. I never used to ask for payment upfront, but have been left with custom items that went unpaid and can’t be resold. I don’t like my time or money wasted, and I know you don’t either.
Refunds and Exchanges
I generally do not refund.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact me WITHIN 3 BUSINESS DAYS to set up an exchange for your item. Once the item arrives back to me, I will ship your item out.
REFUNDS WILL NOT BE GIVEN FOR “CHANGE OF HEART” SITUATIONS
Everything is made to order. The clays I use are all handcrafted and not every clay will look exactly the same. Each badge is unique.
If you are unhappy with your badge, I will do my best to work with you. I will not be taken advantage of though.
