Author's note: Celebrating Cross-cultural Perspectives is a project I created my senior year of college to help promote greater social awareness of third culture kids (TCKs) but is also very applicable to the experiences of traditional immigrants and minority groups alike.
Limited copies of Celebrating Cross-cultural Perspectives are also available online at Dale Zine Shop and in store at Quimby's Bookstore NYC, Floating World Comics, Sticky Institute, Chicago Comics, and Little City Books. Free copies will be available for check out at Barnard Zine Library; coming soon to Pratt Institute Libraries.
Author's note: Refugiarse entre mundos is based on research I learned as a part of the Health and Migration project. Readers will learn about migratory stress or grief and how it affects children, a vulnerable yet overlooked group.

Aliyah N.C. is a Jamaican-American illustrator and writer based in New Jersey with a B.F.A. in graphic design from St. John's University (2019). She likes to use her words and ideas to promote social awareness and education. In 2018, she was award the Social Actions Initiative Award as a part of the Health & Migration project.
