Even better than expected. I asked for this bonnet without the brim and it turned out amazing. The fabric is a heavier more substantial material than you can make out in the photo which only adds to how well made it feels. Definite heirloom quality. Love.

About

Modern bonnets with a vintage feel

Hi, I'm Alysa! I'm a stay at home mama of two, and a wife of almost 5 years. I love making clothes and things for my little ones. I love the look of bonnets, but hadn't been able to find any locally, so I decided to start making them!
I use repurposed/upcycled fabrics to make the sweetest (and softest) little bonnets for babies and toddlers. I use previously loved textiles because it makes the bonnets very unique. I can only make so many out of one style or print of fabric, and many end up being one of a kind. I prefer to purchase my fabrics at the thrift store, because then I am getting fabrics at a low cost, which can then be carried forward to my customers, and because I like knowing that the money I spend on fabric is going somewhere that will make a difference in other people's lives. It is also my goal to help keep textiles out of landfills, and this is my little way of helping the environment.
I also like to give back to the community, so each month I pick a local charity that helps babies and mothers, and I give 10% of my sales from the month to that charity. <3
