I accept Paypal, credit cards thru direct checkout, and Dwolla, (Dwolla is my preferred method! Dwolla has almost no fees and anyone can join! Please sign up and join me there! If you have dwolla, Select "other " in payment method at checkout and go to www.dwolla.com to make your payment.) No matter the payment method, I will not ship an item till the payment is made and cleared.
I ship within 2 weeks of your order. Please inform me if you have a deadline and I will let you know if I can ship your item sooner. Often, I can. I usually ship USPS ground. If you require special shipping instructions, or wish to purchase insurance, please inform me when you make your order.
For international orders, Please note that buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred.
Refunds and Exchanges
If your item arrives damaged or does not fit, I will exchange it for you within 30 days.
I prefer not to refund an item unless absolutely neccessary, due to unfit condition of the product. I will be very flexible with exchanges and am happy to give store credit. In the event an exchange is neccessary, the buyer pays for the return shipping, and the seller pays to send the new item.
