About

Kindred Red : Creating warmth & delight through brilliant colors.

I've always been crazy for color. This intense love has been a persistent factor throughout all of my passions, whether fiber, fabric, photography, or painting, and I'm happiest getting to share these colors with the world.

Over the past six years, fiber art became my most cathartic hobby. After pursuing various steps in the fiber process — starting with knitting, then on to weaving, spinning, and now dyeing — I decided to start Kindred Red to create my own dreamy and surprising fiber color combinations.

My personal motto is "Make More," and I'm obsessed with learning new ways to create, and filling my home with colorful creations! The love of bright colors led be from knitting into dyeing, as a means of experimentation, and I'm tickled it's my job.
