I will be happy to accept a return or provide a refund on a transaction on which I've made a mistake. I do my best to adequately describe every item I list, and If you have any questions at all or would like to see additional pictures of my items, feel free to contact me at any time. I try to accurately describe every scent I sell, and have "field tested" my soaps at many shows, so I feel confident that the descriptions are pretty accurate. Unfortunately due to the nature of my product, I cannot accept any returns or exchanges based on smell preference, nor on items that have been opened, sorry.

I accept PayPal (and credit cards, through PayPal).

Immediate payment is preferred, but will accept payment up to three days from time of purchase.

Ohio residents will automatically have Sales Tax calculated into their total.

I personally take orders to the post office 2 times weekly, on average. I usually send international packages once a week.

Because most of my items are made by hand, as they are ordered, be aware that it can sometimes take about a week to ship items to you, although for the most part it does not take that long. Contact me if you are in a rush and we'll see what we can work out. I work two full-time jobs and do the best that I can!

I ship to the ETSY ADDRESS that you specify on your Etsy invoice. If you need your item shipped elsewhere, please Contact me directly and we'll talk about it :)

All non-domestic shipping costs are ESTIMATED! Soaps are heavy, and can be expensive to ship, so I estimate high. I will always refund the difference to the buyer if the shipping calculation is $1 or more off.

I CANNOT ship perfumes to Italy. Even shipping scented soap is risky, since they specifically prohibit perfumery goods. I have only ever had problems shipping internationally to Italy. If you would like me to ship to Italy, please send me a convo and we can talk about it.


One or two soaps are usually sent First Class mail, in a bubble envelopes, while larger orders are sent Priority mail in cardboard boxes.

About Soaps: Color and packaging may vary slightly on items. I make soaps in different size batches, and though I strive very hard to produce the colors and packaging consistently, sometimes I'm not able to, or am not able to source the exact same pink ribbon, etc. Have no fear, they will look great anyway!
About Feedback: I appreciate feedback on my items, as knowing what you like will only make me a better seller! Please be aware that I "batch feedback" every week or so to buyers, so if you don't see your feedback right away, it is nothing dubious, just my personal system to keep myself as organized and productive as possible.
