Returned Items

In the event that an item is returned to the Seller, the Buyer will be responsible for payment of the re-shipment of the item. If the Buyer chooses that they do not want the item to be re-shipped, then the price of the transaction will be returned, minus the cost of the shipping. Clothing items and masks are unable to be returned.


Orders that are cancelled within 12 hours will have their amount returned, minus a $0.99 transaction return fee. Orders that are not requested to be cancelled within 12 hours will be processed and shipped.

Damaged Items

The Seller takes all precautions to ensure that your item arrives in perfect condition. In extreme cases, damaged items can result due to rough handling during transit. Please contact the Seller immediately with photos if you receive a damaged item. The Seller is not responsible for any injuries that may result from damaged items or the misuse or mistreatment of purchased items.

Shipping Dates

Pleased be advised that our shop will do our best to have your item shipped within the advertised time frame, but once the item has left our facility we are unable to control the delivery time. The Seller is not responsible for lost or stolen items, or items that are delayed on behalf of the shipping carrier. Items delayed due to Customs or the shipping carrier is not the responsibility of the Seller. Please first contact the shipping carrier (USPS or domestic carrier) for problems with delays in shipping. The Seller is not responsible for delays in the shipping time on behalf of Customs, or the shipping carrier. Refunds will not be issued based on delays in shipping after the item has left the Seller’s facility.

Undelivered Items

The Seller uses the address provided by the Buyer during checkout, and does not alter the information in any way. The Seller is not responsible for any items that are unable to be delivered based on the address information provided by the Buyer. Incorrect information or errors made by the Buyer during checkout are not the fault of the Seller, and will not be issued a refund if the item is unable to be delivered based on the information. Please contact USPS if your item has not been delivered or file a claim for a lost or missing package.
