This store is an outlet for my family's creativity. We sell anything that we make. Most of it features our Pembroke Welsh Corgis.

If you have any questions about our offerings that have not been answered in their listing, please talk to us before you purchase an item.

We accept PayPal, Personal Checks & Money Orders. We can also process your credit card outside of PayPal if you wish to not use their service. DO NOT send credit card information via email. We can either send you a separate invoice to complete on a secure site with your credit information or take your payment over the phone at 203-494-1350. Do not leave a message with your credit card information either; make sure you talk to Susan and leave a message for her to call you back.

Payment is required within three business days of purchase on Etsy. Connecticut residents will have 7% sales tax added. Payment is required before any custom order is commissioned unless we inform you that we will bill you after you've approved of the design via emailed pictures.

If you need to cancel an order, please initially contact us through Etsy via Conversation. Custom or Alchemy orders can not be canceled or returned.
All items are shipped via Insured USPS Priority Mail by default. If you need a different shipping option, contact us before placing your order either via phone or through Etsy. For rushed shipping, you need to call us first at 203-494-1350 to assure that we can fulfill your order on time.
Refunds and Exchanges
We accept refunds within seven (7) days of receipt for jewelry for any reason. The buyer is responsible for shipping with insurance through USPS Priority mail and a small restocking & cleaning fee of 10%. The item must be returned in original packaging and in the condition received. If an item is damaged in shipping, contact us and the USPS to resolve the issue.

Original art & glassware is not returnable after delivery inspection. We allow three (3) days to inspect the piece for damage.

Custom or Alchemy orders can not be canceled or returned.
Additional policies and FAQs
We take a lot of pride in our creations, but especially the integrity and robustness of our jewelry designs. We guarantee them to arrive in perfect condition as pictured. If you need a piece of our fixed or adjusted for any reason, please don't hesitate to contact us. If it's our fault, we don't charge for repairs or restringing. Do be aware that any pieces purchased that are strung on silk or silk-like thread have a guaranteed lifetime of three years with monthly light wear. We will restring our pieces for a modest fee after that period of time.
