Returns and exchanges
No returns are accepted unless the item is damaged when it reaches you.
In order to get a fresh print of the same or another print of the same size instead of the damaged one, kindly message me ASAP when you receive the item with a picture of the item as reference so i can make sure it doesn’t happen again.

I wholeheartedly want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact me within 3 days of receipt to discuss a resolution.

For agreed upon Exchange:
you will be responsible for returning the item in its original condition, packaged in sturdy materials and paying shipping charges for both the returned items and for any exchanged items.

*** Custom Listings ***
I do not accept returns or give refund on custom ordered photographs. I will replace them if something happens in transit.
Payment
I accept Paypal and credit cards directly through Etsy.
Payment is due in full at the time of purchase.

# Please Note -
9.25% Sales tax will be calculated for California residents during the payment process which is mandatory.
Shipping
Please allow 3-5 days before your photograph ships. I sign and inspect all photographs and insure that they are packaged securely. I ship small photographs first class mail and large photographs priority.

*** Please make sure to double check your shipping address during checkout. I print labels directly from Etsy so I use the shipping address Etsy gives me ***

PLEASE see my shop announcement for any changes in shipping times.

Unless otherwise stated, I will ship your order to the address given on your Etsy invoice. I will also ship directly to gift recipients and will even attach a sweet note if you like. Just let me know in "message to seller" at checkout.

*** Domestic Orders ***
Delivery confirmation with tracking is included in all the orders place from within United States.
International orders, tracking can only be included if you upgrade your shipping. Please contact me for pricing estimates.

*** International Orders ***
I ship to all international countries. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay for any international custom fees that may occur. Please allow extra time if this is shipping international. I send International First Class Air Mail So It Takes Time To Get There. This Is To Keep Cost Of Shipping Low. There can be delays with customs and shipping. Please allow extra time if you placed a custom order as things may take time to arrive once ordered.


*** Rush Orders/ Priority Shipping ***
Unfortunately at this time I am unable to accommodate RUSH orders. But I can upgrade your shipping speed. Please contact me ASAP before I begin your order.


*** Shipping E-mail Confirmation ***
I will send you a message through Etsy's shipping notification system once your order has shipped. Sometimes these notices end up in your SPAM folder so if it seems like you have not heard from me in a while a message may be there. :) If not, please feel free to message me anytime.


*** Packaging ***
All orders are securely packaged to protect against damage & moisture. Prints which are smaller will be shipped in a rigid kraft mailer made with recycled materials. Larger prints will be placed in archival sleeves and sandwiched between cardboard or shipped in a sturdy tube.

*** Lost or Damaged Orders ***
I am not responsible for any orders that are lost if an incorrect shipping address was provided. If the post or courier sends the order back to me due to the incorrect address provided, you will be responsible for the additional postage required to resend it to you. :)

U.S., Canadian & European residents, please allow up to 4 weeks before the package is considered lost. Other international buyers, please allow up to 6 weeks. Damaged items please contact me asap.
Additional policies and FAQs
Please note that computer screens may differ and the colour of the piece on the screen may not look exactly like what you receive. This is because different types of monitors are calibrated differently. Also, any prints with a "soft focus" or texture work (grain, spots, etc.) were created that way on purpose, please keep that in mind when ordering.
