• We want you to be 100% happy with your order! If there is a problem or an issue that needs to be addressed please contact us immediately and we will do our best to fairly work it out with you.

• Please call or email for a Return Authorization number should you need to Return or Exchange an item. Returns or Exchanges will not be made without a Return Authorization number. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your package for a Return Authorization number.

• Should you need to cancel your purchase, please contact us immediately. If your items have not yet shipped your payment will be refunded immediately.

• If your items have already shipped but you still wish to cancel your order a refund (total order cost minus shipping) will not be given until the items have been received back by Ambient Lights in their original condition, return shipping costs are your responsibility.

• PLEASE NOTE: Due to the nature of Bath and Body items Returns or Exchanges cannot be accepted for these items.

• All items are packed carefully to help ensure that they will not be damaged while they travel to your home. We do not add insurance for packages unless requested. Should an item(s) be damaged during shipping please contact us as well as the shipping carrier immediately.
◘◘◘ How can I make a payment for my items? ◘◘◘

Ambient Lights only accepts payments through PayPal and money orders at this time. However, you do not have to have a PayPal account to make a payment through PayPal!

• PayPal payments can be made through your PayPal account.

• Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express can be used securely when paying through PayPal even if you do not have an account with PayPal.

• Payment for items and shipping must be paid (received and cleared) prior to item(s) shipping.

• When paying with a Money Order please allow up to 10 - 14 days after Ambient Lights receives your money order for it to clear and be honored by your banking institution. After it has been cleared and honored your items will promptly be shipped.

• Payment must be sent through PayPal or please contact us if paying with a money order and mail your payment within 3 days of purchase or your order will be canceled. If you need additional time to pay, please contact us to make arrangements prior to purchasing.

• When paying with PayPal 6.5% sales tax will automatically be added to your order. If you choose a different payment method (such as money order) please wait for a revised invoice before you send payment as we must collect the appropriate sales tax (6.5%) in our home state.
◘◘◘ Shipping ◘◘◘

• Shipping rates as listed are for USPS shipping. If you would prefer UPS shipping please contact us for a quote and custom listing for you.

• We ship the majority of our USA orders via Priority shipping through USPS. All Priority packages shipped within the USA include delivery confirmation and tracking!

• International orders are shipped via regular (First Class) post through USPS unless the package weight exceeds regular post requirements. If weight exceeds regular post limits items will ship via Priority post.

• If shipping is overpaid by more then US $1.00 of actual shipping costs to your location, the difference will be immediately refunded to you!

• Items will not be shipped until payment is received AND cleared.

• To help protect your items during severely hot or cold weather items may not be shipped over weekends. However, within 24 hours of purchase/payment you will receive notice of an expected shipping date for your items. Most items ship within 24 hours of purchase as allowed by weather and USPS office hours.

• International buyers, please be aware of any duties, fees, or other taxes your item(s) may incur at customs. If fees of any sort are charged at customs they are solely your responsibility. If you have questions about any customs fees that may be incurred, it's best to contact the appropriate people within your country.

• Should a package not arrive safely at your door please contact us as well as the shipping carrier immediately . Packages are not deemed lost by USPS until 30 days after the package was shipped. Should a package get lost, we will work with you to rectify the situation.
