~ ABOUT ~

Ambie's Bead Boutique was formed in 2012 by Amber, a graphic designer/marketing professional based in Sunny South Florida. After handcrafting bracelets for gifts one year, she was encouraged to create other designs by friends and family. On a whim, Amber decided to open a couple of online shops and see if there was any interest. To her surprise, she received sales and was over the moon with delight.

Amber enjoys sourcing beads and making one-of-a-kind designs. "It's mind-blowing to know that people are wearing my creations. It really puts a smile on my face."

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Returns and exchange details
Refunds are given to damaged bracelets only. If you have an issue with a broken item, please contact me within 7 days of purchase. I will repair the bracelet or if it's unable to be fixed you will receive a refund (less the shipping). Return shipping costs will be the buyer's responsibility.
Payment
Payment is through PayPal only. Immediate payment upon check out is preferred.
There are no extra charges for combined purchases.
Shipping
Upon payment, your order will be processed right away using First Class Mail. If you would like it shipped sooner, you will need to contact me about which method you would prefer and making the appropriate shipping payment to do so. If you are purchasing an item that is currently in stock it will ship within 1-2 business day of your purchase. If you are purchasing a made to order item please allow up to 7 business days for me to create your item and ship it to you accordingly. International shipping is available - contact me directly for pricing or visit www.usps.com to get exact shipping rates based on my zip of 33321 (Ft. Lauderdale).
Additional policies and FAQs
All items in this store are handmade. Bracelet sizes are the standard 7", however due to the bead size, some bracelets can be a tad smaller or larger. Custom designs can often be fulfilled, depending on bead inventory.
