Canvas size options
When you find a painting you love, but need it in a different size, I'm here to help!
Most paintings at Amborela can be adapted to a different canvas size to fit your space.

You can contact me for a size quote or help choosing the right canvas size and I'll step you through the custom order process.
Color options
I have many pre mixed colors that you can choose from to customize a painting at no additional cost. You can see the color options on Amborela's color chart at amborela.com/color-chart
If a painting in my shop says it is created as a one of a kind artwork, I won't be painting it in other colors. It will be special and unique for whoever purchases the art.
Request a color swatch
Trying to match existing colors in your home? I get it! Computer monitors simply don't display color true to life.
To help you out, I can mail up to 10 free color swatches, within the USA. Send me a message on Etsy or use the contact form at amborela.com/color-chart/request-a-color-swatch and you'll be able to see color samples in real life in 2-5 business days.
Free shipping on Orders Over $35
Orders over $35 ship free within the USA! Free shipping in the USA is automatically applied at checkout once you reach the $35 minimum order. This is generally the most economical shipping method.
Your painting will ship via USPS with a tracking link you can follow to get updates on your delivery. An estimated delivery date shows on each listing and at checkout.
Some paintings are "made to order" and take time to paint before they ship. You will see a longer delivery time for that painting. I don't delay in stock paintings from the same order.
Care instructions
The durable materials I use make caring for your artwork a breeze! The lightfast acrylics, India ink, and wax pigments I use are all sealed with a damp cloth wipeable varnish, because I want you to include art up close in your day to day where life happens.
I specifically sculpt in matte finish acrylic because it does not attract dust as glosses do. You will find more dust on the top ledge of your canvas (like any other wall art) than you will on your texture. If needed a soft, clean, dry paintbrush can be used to dust texture.

Gift wrapping and packaging
Your painting will arrive pretty as a picture wrapped in clear plastic and tied with a ribbon.
But you will have the option to upgrade to include gift wrapping at checkout. The $4 wrapping add on includes paper wrap, ribbon, and note card with hand-written message. Choose between colorful and blue wrapping paper. If you don't indicate your preference at checkout, I will use artistic judgement to choose the paper color for you.

Don't forget to type your message to gift recipient in the “note to seller” box at checkout.
Custom orders
This is where it gets exciting!
Which colors will you choose for your painting? See your options on my color chart at amborela.com/color-chart. There is no additional charge for colors from the chart.
Which canvas size will fit your space? Compare canvases on my size chart at amborela.com/canvas-size-chart. Let me know which painting you need in a different size, and I will send you size quotes.
While not all designs can be customized (one of a kind, discontinued/clearance, and mini 6X6 paintings) I can work with you to create a similar artwork made specially to brighten your home.
Custom Art Time Frame
Let me be vague here... it takes up to 2 weeks to create a "made to order" painting.
And I'll be specific for a particular painting. Why?...
Paintings vary greatly in the amount of time they take to paint, ink, sculpt, and dry. If you are working with a deadline, I can give you a more accurate estimate based on the specific style of painting you choose. Don't hesitate to ask. I use the Etsy app to respond rather quickly, and I'm happy to help!
Returns on Custom Paintings
"Made to order" paintings with a color or size change are fully refundable. Even if I create a special design to coordinate with your décor you can get a refund if within the return time frame.
However, paintings that are inscribed with a name are not refundable. I highly recommend ordering free color swatches to confirm your colors match before you order an inscription. Cancellation requests must be received before I begin painting the permanent inscription. This is the last step in the painting process, so usually you have a few days if you change your mind.
