Almost every item that you see in my shop is available to purchase in FELT, VELCRO Activity Sets, LAMINATED CARD STOCK, LAMINATED AS FLASH CARDS, LAMINATED AS SIGHT WORDS, & ANY OF THE ITEMS CAN BE PLACED ON A METAL RING! Also, just about every item is available in ENGLISH, SPANISH, OR DUAL LANGUAGE. If you don't see these options when ordering, it is just because I haven't updated that listing yet or there weren't enough variations to include all of the possibilities! Shipping
SHIPPING TIME:

I strive to make and ship ALL orders, even custom orders, within a day or two of purchasing! I work on them in the order they are received. The only time it may take longer is if I have a payment that does not clear right away or you have a HUGE order. Credit card orders often take 2 days on my end to clear. I do my best to inform you right away if it will be longer than 1-2 days from purchasing to ship.


SHIPPING SERVICE:

Most of my items are set up at an average First Class Service, unless you choose an upgrade: 2 Day Priority or 1 Day Express. I prefer the service to be up to my customer whether they would like their order quicker and more expensive or not. However, in any chance I can, I always ship 2 day priority if enough shipping is paid, even if you did not choose a shipping upgrade!

SHIPPING COSTS:

I do my best to calculate shipping, although it is not always right on target, especially with shipping companies constantly changing their prices & with SO many zones costing different amounts in the USA even. If for some reason there is a drastic difference in what you paid in shipping to what I pay, I will send you a message to see if you would like a refund or another product sent! If I undercharged you, I never ask for more. I take the loss. Overall, the shipping prices are pretty accurate to what I actually pay though.

With the large items like the felt boards, I am charged a balloon rate in addition to regular shipping, & with some zones, priority is the ONLY option for that size and/or weight.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

Many international orders (based on zones, measurements, & weight) only come up with priority & express as options (no first class), & that is the reason it is sooooo expensive to ship outside of the USA & also the reason I don't list an upgrade for international shipping. If you're ordering from my shop outside of the USA, I encourage you to make it worth your while, so you don't end up paying a lot in shipping more than once (just a tip)! :)

REFUNDS:

DUE TO THE TIME AND HARD WORK I SPEND CREATING HAND MADE AND CUSTOM LEARNING TOOLS, ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS ARE ISSUED UNLESS THERE IS A DAMAGED ITEM. ALL OF MY ITEMS ARE VERY CLEAR AS TO WHAT YOU ARE ORDERING. PLEASE READ THE LISTINGS THROUGH, SO YOU KNOW WHAT YOU ARE PURCHASING. IF YOU STILL HAVE QUESTIONS AFTER READING THE LISTING AND DESCRIPTION, PLEASE MESSAGE ME BEFORE PURCHASING. THANK YOU!!


REFUNDS FOR DAMAGES:

In the event that you receive an item that is damaged, I would like you to message me. If the item was damaged from shipping/handling, I can more than likely get your item covered with insurance. I prefer to replace the item with a new item. If you are not at all interested in receiving a new item, I will be happy to send your refund as soon as the insurance pays (as no one is at fault). If for some reason I sent you a damaged product and am at fault, I will happily replace it. If you would rather have a refund, I can issue that as well. For damaged products, I do either need a picture sent to me immediately, & I may be able to replace it just by seeing the damages in the picture OR you can choose to send it back to me, & when I receive it, I can refund you. If it has been damaged in your house after some time goes by having it, I hold you accountable for the loss.
