* Payments are to be received within three days of purchase before shipping.

* I accept Pay-pal and creditcard payment, Check, Money-order

* If you’re from The Netherlands you can use another payment method. Please contact me and I will give you the details.

* Please note that if you have just signed up for a PayPal account it will take a few days for PayPal to verify your account, before you could actually use the account to pay for your purchase. If this is your case, please kindly let me know that the payment will be a little late. I do not have any problem with late payment as long as I know what the situation is.
* Once I receive your order and the payment I will write you a message to let you know which day your item will be shipped. You will also be informed that your order has been shipped.

* Orders are shipped to your address stated on your Etsy-account. Please let me know if you would like your orders to be sent to a different address. I am not responsible for items not received due to incorrect address. There is no refund for items sent to a wrong address.

* Orders are shipped via TNT Priority Mail, unless otherwise stated.

* Orders are not insured and do not have a tracking number, unless otherwise stated.


* It takes between 3 and 7 working days for the shipping to reach customers in Europe and 7 and 14 working days do customers outside Europe.

* Please keep in mind that there is a possible delay due to Customs random check. A delay of 1-2 weeks is common. And this is the case during Christmas time.

In order to obtain a certain level of security items valued at 80 dollars and over, are shipped as TNT Insurance Mail. A signature is required upon delivery. You will receive a track and trace number.

If there is no one to sign for it, a note will be left in your mailbox for you to collect the item at the post office in person. If this arrangement is not convenient to you and you prefer the order to be shipped unregistered, please let me know. The option is having your order shipped to your working address.

* To get you fair shipping fees and to know how long the item takes to get to you, please contact me for information about the TNT Insurance Package Mail.

* If you have not received your item after one month from the date it was shipped, please do not leave a neutral or negative feedback. Please kindly contact me and I am more than happy to help to solve this problem.

* Customers are responsible for the taxes or fees claimed by Customs.
Refunds and Exchanges
* I am more than happy to answer any questions about the product you would like to buy. Be well informed about the purchase you make. Be sure that it is what you want to buy and that you understand the conditions that comes with the purchase.

Refunds and exchanges HEART ENERGY STAR (each size):

* If a Heart Energy Star (any size) send to you with TNT Insurance Mail and it got lost or damaged during shipping you have the right to get a new one. Please contact me and inform me about this problem and we will work something out.

* I am happy to help and keep you satisfied.

* I would like you to be happy about your Heart Energy Star, and I am glad to be of any help. I am sorry, but I will not accept refunds and give no exchanges relating the Heart Energy Star send by TNT Priority Mail (=MAIL WITHOUT INSURANCE). If though for any reason something did go wrong, please let me know. We will work something out.

* If for any reason you made a mistake choosing a Heart Energy Star and you wish another one, I am more than happy to exchange the Heart Energy Star for another Star. Please be aware that you contact me immediately and before shipping.

Refunds and exchanges OTHER ITEMS:

* If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product you bought please send it back for refund (excluding shipping cost), providing that you have not used it and send it back within 3 days of receipt. Notice that the shipping costs will not be refunded and is for your own account.

* If you would like to exchange the product you have bought, with another item in my shop please send it back. After I have checked that the item has not been used and is in a good condition, I will send the new item to you.

* Products that have been customized in any way are final sales.

* Customers are responsible for the shipping fees to send the order back to me either for refund or exchange.
Additional policies and FAQs

* A Heart Energy Star 25 cm. x 35 cm. (9,75" x 13,65") will send to you in a cardboard (back) envelope. It is securelly packed up and it can not wrinkle.

* A Heart Energy Star 50 cm. x 70 cm. (19,5" x 27,30"): is packed up in a rolled tube and the rolled tube will be taped at the top cover and bottom cover. It is securelly packed and comes to you in a perfect condition.

* Felt products will be send to you in a cardboard box.
