Please remember that there are postal strikes coming up on the 9th, 11th, 14th and 15th 💌
I recommend you order by the 12th of December (UK) for Christmas items however I cannot guarantee Christmas delivery unless you select special delivery at checkout.

Frequently asked questions
What size are the greetings cards?
All greetings cards are a6 in size. This is a quarter of an A4 sheet of paper. Please see the size guide on my listings.
Can I have my order personalised or custom made?
Please contact me for custom orders.
All cards can be personalised inside with a printed message of your choice (this does not include cards in the mix and match bundles and packs). Follow the instructions on the listing for printed message personalisation. Cards with a printed message inside can also be sent direct to the recipient, be sure to amend the delivery address accordingly.
I cannot accept any responsibility of delays in dispatching you order if you do not provide personalisation details. If I need to contact you and I do not hear back within 24 hours, your order will be sent out without personalisation to avoid dispatch delays.
When will my order arrive?
I aim to dispatch your order same day if you order before 3pm Monday-Friday. This is not a guarantee & may change to next working day during busy periods. Bank holidays not included.
Free UK delivery is sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class. Delivery can be upgraded to 1st class express delivery at checkout. Upgrade to special delivery for next day delivery- this must be ordered before 3pm.
UK Royal Mail delivery aims once dispatched:
1st Class: 1 - 2* working days
2nd Class: 2 - 5* working days
*This is only an estimate & your order may take longer depending on Royal Mail disruption. Delivery dates cannot be guaranteed & are only an estimate.
I recommend ordering 15 working days before a special occasion to avoid disappointment!
