We DO NOT allow cancellations on custom items as we are quick and may have your order created within a couple of hours of placing order. If you are looking to cancel a NON custom, we will help you providing it is with the allowed time frame.
Most items are custom or made to order so we are unable to accept returns.

SHIPPING
We ship quick. We get your order and we move as fast as we can in the order it was received unless you pay for rush shipping. We do one post office pick up per day at 11 am. Any orders placed after 11 am will ship out the next day.

SHIPPING METHODS: I ship to US locations via USPS 1st Class mail insured unless you choose otherwise. The address on your account MUST be the address that I ship to. If you request to change the address, I will need to cancel your order and start over as I am only protected as a seller to ship to the address on the order. Etsy allows for multiple addresses to be added to your account for gifting etc.

If you are having your item shipped to a different country, please know you may be subject to customs fees. Please review your country's policy on this prior to ordering.

If a package's tracking states DELIVERED, then that's the only information we can use to prove it's location. We cannot process refunds on items that have tracking stating DELIVERED. This is rule of thumb followed by Etsy. Any negative reviews due to an item marked delivered by USPS but claimed not received by the customer will be removed by Etsy. We suggest customers with an issue of this sort should ask family members and neighbors if the mail was misplaced as well as the delivering post office as they have accurate records where an item was delivered.

I am not a vampire (although that would be really cool) and sleep is a necessity for me. : ) I do reply quickly the next business day if not sooner.

The best never made plan!

I was dabbling in another business that seemed to be a big trend and well, it required some more products that I had trouble finding unless I made them myself. So, I did. I invested lots of time and taught myself how to stamp metal. After many oopsies, mistakes and lots of money on supplies, I finally was able to make something decent with what I've learned and it turned out quite nice. I posted a picture on my personal facebook page and my friends went nuts! They wanted to know how to buy it. After that, I was determined to perfect this new skill I've learned and the next thing I know, I'm being invited to sell at my local Farmer's Market as an artisan, have a website, etsy shop and am rather popular in my local area.

Since 2012, I've grown. I am now an LLC and working on new ways to make things better and more efficient for my customers. For one, if you live in the Belford, NJ area (Middletown/Monmouth County), you can find my products at the Junction Boutique located on Leonardville Road not far from Route 35 and 36.

I accept PayPal or Direct Pay with any credit card listed by Etsy.

If you pay via eCheck on paypal, your item will ship once the payment clears. If the payment does not clear after the 2nd attempt, your order will be canceled.


Once an order is placed it goes to production within hours, therefore cancellations cannot be accepted.

I provide a tracking number for all packages be it first class or priority.

If a package is lost and tracking confirms this, I can only assist those that were shipped via priority and/or with insurance.

If your item arrives damaged, I will require photos of the item and the package to determine if this was a legitimate USPS damage or something else. Yes, I've seen it all and I have to protect myself from scam artists.


INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS are responsible for all the custom fees charged by their country. I cannot control this and do not make the rules about this. Please do your research about custom fees before making a purchase from another country.

Can I change shipping after order is placed?

Do you guarantee your items?

Do to the nature of our products, we are unable to guarantee anything as we all know accidents happen. We will take all incidents on a case by case basis. This does not mean everything is guaranteed, but will determine the best option taking all facts into consideration.

Gift wrapping and packaging

We package all items with the exception of our flatware items, in an organza drawstring pouch. All items are secured and/or wrapped to prevent scratching or damage during transit.

Forks are enclosed in a lovely kraft box with a cushioned fill.

Care instructions

Allthough we feel the forks should be used as a novelty keepsake, if you plan to eat with them, please follow the care noted here. Forks should be washed and dried by hand. Never put them in the dishwaher. Do not soak for extended periods. A quick rinse/wipe/rinse/dry is the best care.


JEWELRY - do not use chemicals to clean ANYTHING. Not only is it bad for your skin, but it can damage your jewelry.

Use vinegar or a natural cleaner.

Personalized, Custom and Special Orders

We offer 3 types of design service - Custom, Personalized & Special Orders.

Custom - These are items that are basic sayings w/out images e.g. "you are my sunshine" or "Reach for the stars"
Requests for these items have no extra fee in addition to the cost of the charms, BUT I will reserve the right to add any non-proprietary designs to my shop. Basic images are extra $3.

Personalized - designs like Middletown Lions Club or Middletown Ladies Auxiliary, Mary's 50th Birthday, etc.
Setup/design is $8 +cost of charms.

Special orders - established logos/graphics sent to me in a file(i am not creating your actual logo for your business) - laser conversion of a logo file is $5 + charms.

Storing a custom/personalized/special order

Custom items, if added to my shop can be reordered easily. If not you can always request it again.

Personalized and special orders will be stored for 90 days. Their file is dated and if you should reorder within 90 days, there will not be any additional charges. If you order after 90 days, you will need to pay for the $5 or $8 fee that corresponds to your order.
