March 6 & 7 - I will be out of the office for a medical procedure. Shop will be open, but shipping time will be extended.
Once completed and placed, your personalized order is immediately sent to our production so that we may offer you expedient service, with orders often personalized and shipped within 24 hours! Understandably, cancellations or changes to personalized orders cannot be accepted once you have completed and placed your order. Completion of your order confirms and acknowledges that you have reviewed and verified the accuracy of your entire order before it was submitted.

Can I change shipping after order is placed?
SHIPPING ADDRESSES CANNOT BE CHANGED AFTER THE ORDER IS PLACED. IF YOU DECIDE YOU WANT TO SHIP ELSEWHERE, YOU MUST REQUEST TO CANCEL THE ORDER AND RESUBMIT IT. I CAN ONLY SHIP TO THE ADDRESS SHOWN ON THE ORDER. IF I CHANGE THE ADDRESS IT WILL VOID ALL BUYER AND SELLER PROTECTIONS ETSY OFFERS.
Do you guarantee your items?
Do to the nature of our products, we are unable to guarantee anything as we all know accidents happen. We will take all incidents on a case by case basis. This does not mean everything is guaranteed, but will determine the best option taking all facts into consideration.
Gift wrapping and packaging
We package all items with the exception of our flatware items, in an organza drawstring pouch. All items are secured and/or wrapped to prevent scratching or damage during transit.
Forks are enclosed in a lovely kraft box with a cushioned fill.
Care instructions
Allthough we feel the forks should be used as a novelty keepsake, if you plan to eat with them, please follow the care noted here. Forks should be washed and dried by hand. Never put them in the dishwaher. Do not soak for extended periods. A quick rinse/wipe/rinse/dry is the best care.
JEWELRY - do not use chemicals to clean ANYTHING. Not only is it bad for your skin, but it can damage your jewelry.
Use vinegar or a natural cleaner.
Personalized, Custom and Special Orders
We welcome custom orders. Pricing is on a case by case basis as there are so many different designs. We are happy to work with you closely to determine the best option within your budget.
Returns
Custom items cannot be returned, however, if we made an error, we are happy to help correct that. All items that are customized with a name, date, or anything made to order that has a specific custom option added is not returnable. All other items are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Tracking Marked Delivered But Not Received
All packages marked delivered but claimed not received is not the shop's liability. We use tracking to determine the package has been delivered. The post office uses gps for their scanning and they can determine where a package was delivered. It is up to the customer to reach out to their post office to request this information.
