Amelie's Paperie is an Artist’s Studio, Stationary Store, Print Shop and Home Goods Boutique all in one. We offer hand-drawn, pen and ink invitations and coordinating accessories for weddings and other happy occasions as well as original art, and items for your home. Each and every item we sell in our shop is completely hand done by classically trained artists. Amelies paperie creates unique wedding stationery including custom programs, save-the-dates, menus, place cards, table numbers and more. All of our design can be altered to be used for bat/bar mitzvah invitations, birthday party invitations, wedding shower invitations and baby shower invitations.

Our designs are made with great quality, environmentally conscious materials. Recycled products and minimal packing materials are used whenever possible.

The deposit fee will be refunded minus the cost of the sample in the event that you decide not to place your order with me. Unfortunately once the invitations habe been started the final balance can not be refunded, I do however stand behind everything I make and I will work with you until you are completely satisfied with all of my products and services.

If you wish to return a non-custom item you will be reimbursed in full minus the cost of shipping.
C U S T O M • I N V I T A T I O N S
When you are ready to get started on your custom invitations I will set up a listing for a $30 deposit. Once you purchase that listing we will begin the design process. I will then work with you to take an existing design and customize it where applicable. I can also work with you to create a new design based on your vision for your wedding. A one time set up fee will be applied for new design work. The price of this varied depending on the complexity of the design. Throughout this stage in the process, I will be in contact with you regarding wording, and any additional ideas we may have while designing your invitations. The first draft of your design will be emailed to you, in color. At this time you will have the opportunity to provide feedback and edits or additional design changes you would like to include in the final draft. You may send your feedback via email or Etsy convo. I will send a second round via email for you to approve or edit. At that point a Final Draft will be mailed to you for approval, incorporating any final additions or edits you may have to your wording or design. Changes beyond the 3 complimentary rounds of proofing/editing will be billed at $30 each. Once the invitations are exactly how you want them, the rest of the balance will be due to initiate the printing and production of your design.

The time it takes to complete your design–from final approval to delivery–will depend upon the quantity of your order and the complexity of your design but usually takes between 3-5 weeks. Shipping will be an additional cost and added to the final total. I mail your invitations via USPS and you will be given a tracking number once your package is shipped.

Please make sure that the address on your paypal account is correct when you make your purchase. If you are sending an item as a gift please let me know in the "note to seller" section of the checkout process. Your items will be mailed via USPS unless otherwise noted and you will be provided with a tracking number upon shipping.

Wedding Sationary Timeline
Design Process should begin 8+ months before your wedding date.
Mail 6-8 months before your wedding date. If you are having a destination wedding or you are marrying in a popular location
during peak season, it is advisable to send Save the Dates out a year in advance to allow guests to secure rooms and make travel arrangements.
Design Process should begin 6+ months before your wedding date.
Mail 6-8 weeks before your wedding if you have sent out a Save the Date and 8-10 weeks before if you have not.
If you have a large number of international addresses, it is advisable to mail your invitations 10+ weeks before your wedding date.

All invitations are assembled by hand in my smoke-free studio.

In addition to Invitations, Amelie's Paperie also offers coordinating save-the-dates, ceremony programs , place cards, menus, table numbers and thank you cards. And don't forget to complete your invitations with matching reply, direction, accommodation and reception cards.
