Just to update this-after posting my review the seller Amanda got in touch straight away to offer help and advice about my chain length even offering to make a how to video and she had genuinely done everything on dispatch to try to address all delivery and import charges at her end. Thanks Amanda. Original review: “I absolutely love the leaf but I wasn't expecting the chain to be that long - it would be great to have the option to order it with different chain length or even have an adjustable chain length. One additional problem was that there was an additional £13.00 import duty which I was not expecting and had to pay before I could collect my delivery.”
