Although I opened my Etsy shop several years ago, I haven't really given it the attention it deserves. Or better said, the attention I deserve. After 34 plus years of service to the public school system I retired from my day job and am giving it a better go. It's been a challenge to reorganize my time...after all I am a creature of habit. It will take awhile but I'm sure I can adjust my biorhythms from part time artist to full time artist. I'll see where it goes from here.

Designing jewelry has become one of my many passions and up until now I've put most other mediums on hold . I hope to rise to a level of accomplishment with my metalsmithing and my Etsy shop that will allow me to say it is a steady second income. Now that I can focus full time on my creative side I'm reigniting some of my other passions. I'm hoping to add diversity to what I have to offer my customers in the way of jewelry and fine art.

I'm not sure if my shop is as cohesive as it should be. I've always had an eclectic soul. I hope that it may (in some way, at some level) have already revealed that about me without having spoken the thought.
