AMICK design

Welcome to my Etsy shop! This is a one woman show. Everything here is designed, waxed, sewn, produced and shipped by me. I am a self taught artist, born and raised in the PNW. I live with my husband and our two sons on a small farm in WA state.

My husband and I started a sewing business in 2006 while he was an active duty soldier. A.M.I.C.K. Tactical, LLC makes custom military, law enforcement and outdoor gear from high quality, heavy duty materials that are always sourced from US manufacturers when available. The goal has always been to "make gear that will not fail when tested". I pair those same materials and quality ethos with the products you find here.

With my personal background in art, I began carving my own stamps and printing fabric. Then I began dying, printing and waxing my own canvas. The resulting fabric is then sewn into durable goods. My personal patterns, prints and designs have evolved over time and I enjoy upcycling or using vintage materials when I can.

Waxed canvas should be spot cleaned only. Do not machine wash or machine dry. Simply spot clean with cool water and air dry. Many of my waxed canvas products are made including nylon Cordura fabric and should be cared for in the same manner as waxed canvas.
