original crochet designs

amieggs was born from Clara's passion for crochet during a period when she had to stay home for medical reasons. Since then, the collection of small toy crocheted eggs has grown to become a huge family.
Furthermore, a new branch of amieggs was born with the furniture patterns, a new and original form of designing furtinture for dollhouses.

All items in the shop are handmade by me with love in a non-smoke pet-free home.

Returns and exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me within a week from your purchase. I will not be responsible for damages the postal office produces on any item, I can assure I try to secure every package before shipping. If you receive a damaged item, contact me and I will send you another one for free, but I will not pay for the shipping costs.
I will accept returned items only if they are in new condition. As a buyer, you will be responsible for the shipping costs to send it back to me, and when I receive it I will refund the cost of the item (not the shipping).
I will not be held responsible for lost packages. Registered mail is available upon request for an additional cost.

For digital downloads such as patterns, refunds will not be available.
Payment
Payment is expected within 24 hours after you order your item(s). Payment types accepted include Paypal and credit cards through Paypal.
Shipping
I ship through ordinary spanish postal service. I will not be responsible for mail loss by the postal office. If you wish to have your package registered, please contact me, registered mail is available upon request.
If your country is not listed and you live outside Europe, you qualify for the "everywhere else" shipping rate. If you live in Europe, contact me and I'll add your country to the list.
Please note that as a buyer you are responsible for any custom duties the package may be subject to.
I will ship your package within 2 working days after I recieve the paypal payment. Please make sure your etsy and paypal shipping adresses are the same.

Delivery takes aproximately 4 days to spanish adresses, 1 week to Europe and 1 or 2 (but up to 4 in the worst cases) weeks to other countries.
