Must have shipped them immediatedly, as I'm pretty sure I received them in less than 48 hours. Guess it helped that we apparently live in the same city. Looks exactly as pictured, thanks!

I’ve been attracted to fiber and color ever since I can remember. Learned to knit and crochet when I was 5 or 6, had a needle in hand not long after, and haven’t stopped since. I took up spinning and dyeing about 8 years ago, with my first wheel as my university graduation present from my mother. I try to live as ‘green’ as I can, and love the satisfaction you get from making things. Hopefully you will enjoy the products of my hands as much as I did making them!

In case you're curious, the shop name comes from a poem by Longfellow about Robert Burns, which says,
‘Touched by his hand, the wayside weed
Becomes a flower; the lowliest reed
Beside the stream
Is clothed in beauty; gorse and grass
And heather, where his footsteps pass,
The brighter seem.’
